1. About AS Studio

Throughout this website, “AS Studio,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Aysha Shahid Studio. “You” and “customer” refer to anyone using our website or placing an order with us.

AS Studio creates handmade jewellery, including limited-edition and customized pieces. Each piece is made with individual attention and care.

2. Using Our Website

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not interfere with the website, our business, or other customers.

The information you provide when placing an order should be accurate and complete.

We reserve the right to restrict access to the website or refuse service where necessary.

3. Products & Handmade Variations

We make every effort to present our products accurately through photographs, descriptions, measurements, and other information on the website.

As our jewellery is handmade, slight variations in colour, texture, stone placement, size, or finishing may occur. These variations are a natural part of handmade jewellery and are not considered defects.

Product colours may also appear slightly different depending on your screen, device, lighting, or display settings.

4. Product Availability

Some AS Studio pieces are produced in limited quantities. Adding an item to your cart does not guarantee its availability until your order has been confirmed.

If a product becomes unavailable after an order is placed, we will contact you to discuss the available options.

5. Orders & Order Confirmation

Placing an order through our website constitutes a request to purchase the selected products.

An order is considered accepted once AS Studio confirms it.

For certain Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, we may contact you by phone or WhatsApp to verify your order and delivery details before dispatch.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order if:

The product is unavailable
The information provided is incomplete or incorrect
We cannot deliver to the provided address
A COD order cannot be verified
There is an obvious error in product information or pricing
Circumstances outside our reasonable control prevent us from fulfilling the order

If an advance-paid order is cancelled by AS Studio for a reason attributable to us, we will communicate the applicable refund arrangement with the customer.

6. Pricing & Payment

All prices displayed on our website are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless stated otherwise.

We may change prices, products, or promotional offers from time to time. Changes will not affect an order that has already been confirmed.

AS Studio accepts:

Cash on Delivery (COD)
Advance payment through bank transfer

For bank-transfer orders, processing will begin once the payment has been received and verified.

If an obvious pricing or product-information error is identified, we reserve the right to correct it and contact the customer before fulfilling the order.

7. Customized Orders

Customized and personalized pieces are created according to the customer's specific requirements and therefore may be subject to different order conditions.

Customized orders require 8–10 working days for processing.

Once production has started, a customized or personalized order cannot be cancelled, returned, or exchanged due to a change of mind.

If a customized piece is defective, damaged, incorrect, or does not match the agreed specifications, it will be handled according to our Returns & Exchanges Policy.

10. Website Availability & Information

We work to keep our website accurate and available, but we cannot guarantee that it will always be uninterrupted or completely free from technical errors.

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of our website, products, or services when necessary.

11. Responsibility & Consumer Rights

AS Studio aims to provide products as described on our website and to fulfil confirmed orders according to our published policies.

We are not responsible for delays or disruptions caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including courier delays, severe weather, public holidays, strikes, technical problems, or other unforeseen events.
